Weekly Laser Coaching
You’ll have the chance to book one 20-minute session per day—up to 3 sessions per week. Each session is dedicated to a specific goal or challenge, ensuring we tackle each step methodically and without overwhelm. After each call, you’ll receive homework to complete, and we’ll adjust based on your progress.
On-Demand Support
If you get stuck, I’ll be available for quick support between sessions. I’ll help break down the tasks or refine your homework to make sure you stay on track and avoid burnout.
