Common Questions about the Business Strategy Assessment
What is in the questionnaire?
The questionnaire asks you about the general basics of your business, how you feel about certain aspects, and what you have planned for both the immediate and longer term.
Do I have to answer all the questions in the questionnaire?
No, you do not. However, it would make the strategy session a lot more helpful if you do so that these questions do not have to be asked during the session.
How long will it take to complete the questionnaire?
Budget 1-2 hours. It does not need to be done all at once! It can be saved and come back to at any time. The main thing is that it is answered with as much detail and thought as possible.
What if I don't complete the questionnaire in time for our meeting?
If the questionnaire is not completed at least seven (7) days before our meeting, then it will be automatically canceled and you will be asked to reschedule it.
How long is the strategy session?
The strategy session is two hours of reviewing the questionnaire and speaking with the coach.
What happens after the strategy session?
After the strategy session, you will receive a detailed report within 24-48 business hours detailing the outcomes of the session and concrete steps for your business growth.
When will I receive the report?
After the strategy session, you will receive a detailed report within 24-48 business hours.
Is the strategy session recorded?
Yes! You will have access to the recording in your client portal for 90 days.
